Thomas Tompion. The superbly presented miniature two train twin fusee movement with Tompion's pull quarter repeating system or trigger piece. This outstanding little clock unseen since purchased from the Prestige Collection in 1968. This outstanding miniature bracket clock by our most eminent maker Thomas Tompion is one of a small series of only six clocks built to this size and design. Two of which have lost their original cases and one of which is not a repeater. The impressive movement having pull quarter repeat with pull from each side of the clock. The repeat system being that of the highly complex trigger design being an all or nothing system. The system unlike any other repeat is designed to repeat perfectly each and every time.
