The silver, open face case with gold crown, hand set button, hinges, thumb pieces, collar to the bezel and back, having inner cuvette signed, 'No. 144389 Patek Philippe & Cie Geneve', and with retailer's signature below, G. JOST GENOVA. The white enamel dial with offset seconds at '6', very fine blued steel spade hands and being signed, 'PATEK PHILIPPE & CIE GENEVE', below '12'. The extremely fine gilt Swiss lever movement with temperature compensated split bi-metallic balance, blued steel overcoil hairspring and counterbalanced 'moustache' lever, being signed to the barrell plate: 'No 144389 Patek Philippe & Cie Geneve'.
