The 18 carat gold 'collar case with engine turned rim and back, having stirrup bow to the repeating piston and repeat stop button in the band. The silver, engine turned dial with engraved and wax filled Roman hour numerals, outer minutes chapter, offset seconds at VI with applied gold seconds chapter, dial fixing screw below XII and blued steel 'Breguet' hands. The gilt movement with suspended barrell, visible stopwork, plain steel balance with cylinder escapement and repeat train sounding on two steel gongs.
