The substantial, plain silver case with hinged back and inner cuvette. The white enamel two piece dial with black Roman hour numerals and outer minutes chapter with fifths of seconds, the centre signed, H. WILIAMSON LTD. 27911, with the Ministry of Defence arrow and having blued steel spade hands with central seconds hand. The gilt, three quarter plate movement fully jewelled to the centre wheel with screwed in chatons, having lever escapement with split, bi-metallic temperaturecompensated balance with gold timing screws and blued steel overcoil hairspring, being signed to the top plate, H. WIlliamson Ltd Farringdon Rd. London E.C., together with the Ministry of Defence arrow and numbered 27911.
