The yellow and white metal case encrusted with diamonds to the bezel and the entire domed back, being centred with a ruby and having a swivelling stirrup bow. The convex white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, outer minutes chapter, large Arabic five minute markers and pierced, foliate gilt hands. The jewelled keyless, gilt bar movement with cylinder escapement, being signed to the cuvette, C. Clerc Joailler-Orfevre, 4 Place l'Opera, Paris.

Made in the mid 18th century style, this watch measures just 20.25 mm in diameter and is a tribute to both the artistry of the jeweller and the skill of the watchmaker.
